Products and Availability

Bannerman Books sells physical books, journals, workbooks, and related products. Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. Colors and other visual details may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or listed with inaccurate information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, when required, are shown during checkout.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

Signed and Personalized Products

Some products may be signed or personalized. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, and personalization instructions before submitting an order.

Personalized products cannot be changed after preparation has begun. Bannerman Books is not responsible for errors contained in personalization instructions submitted by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through this website are shipped only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping options available during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Bannerman Books is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Final Sales, Damaged Orders, and Incorrect Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, the customer must contact Bannerman Books through the Contact page within seven days of delivery. The customer must provide the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.

After reviewing the claim, Bannerman Books may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Claims submitted more than seven days after delivery may not be eligible for consideration.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except when Bannerman Books shipped an incorrect item or the order arrived damaged.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, book descriptions, graphics, logos, images, downloads, and other original content appearing on this website belong to Bannerman Books, GC Learning Services LLC, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
