Returns & Refunds policy

All sales are final. Bannerman Books does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through the Contact page within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.

After reviewing your request, Bannerman Books may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Claims submitted more than seven days after delivery may not be eligible for consideration.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except when Bannerman Books shipped an incorrect item or the order arrived damaged.
