Three rose cut diamonds rest in elaborate collet mounts, the central stone sits atop a highly domed, heart shaped silver setting with crimped border, while the two flanking stones form the heads of flowers roses or tulips, perhaps at the middle of ornate split shoulders. The diamonds are set over foil in closed back settings, and the principal stone features an
